This large room with a view of the ocean is at the heart of the hostel; it functions as a place to meet and chat, play ping-pong, scrabble, read, or just watch the ships sail past in the bay.

Capacity : 76 lits
Distribution: Rooms with 4, 6, and 10 beds split between two buildings.

Lodging is collective here at the hostel, so you reserve a bed and not a room. We organize the distribution of occupants according to the number of vacancies we have at any given moment.
No need to bring your sheets or blankets, because everything provided in the rooms.

Virtually all of our rooms look out onto the ocean! The rooms are spacious and each occupant has his or her own storage space.

Here at the hostel, you can round off the evening by enjoying a gorgeous sunset over the ocean and then let the soothing murmur of the waves beneath you lull you to sleep.

In the morning, you'll awake to the cries of seagulls passing overhead!

Then, stumble downstairs and meet up in the bathrooms on the ground floor!

Hey everybody-time for breakfast !!!

You can finish waking up in our living room gazing out on the excellent view of the "Glénan" isles, or eat your breakfast in the dreamlike setting outside (yes, it actually is all real!).
Either way, enjoy fresh bread and good Breton salted butter…everything you need for a good start to your day

The service is maintained by our dynamic, friendly team, composed of both French and foreign staff. Remember, you're staying in a youth hostel, so we ask you for a little help doing the morning's washing-up: don't worry, the pace is leisurely, and the work is set to a little bit of music on the stereo….
Our cook Hervé takes great pleasure in introducing you to his culinary know-how, and we're always pleased to offer you samples, by request, of the specialties of our region such as crêpes and seafood dishes.

We have barbecues outside when the weather permits, and don't believe the rumors-it most certainly doesn't rain all the time in Brittany.

In fact, Concarneau's particular geographic position results in a pleasant micro-climate, so the sun is often a welcome guest at mealtimes and activities throughout the day.

Speaking of which, if you want to go out on excursions in the natural setting nearby, we can prepare a picnic for you to take on your outing! In our cooking, we give priority to fresh products furnished by local providers, so you get the full experience!
